We jumped at the opportunity to build something that challenges the business 'escalator' we are all told to follow. So we want to create from a foundation of trust and raw honesty, rejecting the strategies that treat customers like pawns on a chessboard. Our goal is to break the walls between business and community.

In short: we hope you’ll appreciate this human-centered model and lean into the taste and genuine people behind it.

Each item is freshly baked at our local commissary kitchen. Whether you're picking up a snack at a market or placing a catering order online, these are the bakes that started it all

Just a reminder, we keep most Saturdays available for pick-up orders placed during the week (before Friday), though you can still reach out for any special event and see if those dates are achievable!
